HealthPRO®-Heritage Expands with Acquisitions of Green Country Rehabilitation, Eclipse Healthcare, and LinguaHealth

HealthPRO®-Heritage (“HealthPRO”) has completed the acquisitions of Green Country Rehabilitation (“Green Country”), Eclipse Healthcare (“Eclipse”), and LinguaHealth. HealthPRO® acquired Green Country and Eclipse on August 19th and LinguaHealth on April 15th, 2016.

Green Country and Eclipse, both based in Tulsa, OK, provide outsourced therapy services primarily to home health agencies, while also serving skill nursing and assisted living communities. Green Country and Eclipse have expanded consistently since founded by Ryan Barry, David Jones, and Kyle Brannon in 2004, servicing over 550 customers in 13 states in the Southwest, Midwest and Southeast. Ryan Barry and David Jones will continue to lead Green Country and Eclipse and help position HealthPRO® for continued growth of the company’s home health business line.

Earlier this year, the company acquired LinguaHealth, a boutique pediatric therapy business specializing in in bilingual speech-language pathology services to schools. Based in Chicago, LinguaHealth has built a strong brand in the school market due to its sophisticated clinical onboarding, professional development, and clinician support programs. John Consalvi, founder of LinguaHealth, will remain active in growing HealthPRO’s presence in school-based therapy services.
