FSAstore.com has been named one of Newsweek’s “Best Online Shops 2020” in the United States, landing a Top 10 spot in the Drugstore Products category of Food, Health & Personal Care
FSAstore.com, the nation’s only online store devoted exclusively to the 35 million Americans with flexible spending accounts, was named one of Newsweek’s “Best Online Shops 2020,” earning the second-highest score in the Food, Health and Personal Care category.
FSAstore.com is part of Health-E Commerce, a family of brands that serve the 60+ million consumers with tax-free health and wellness accounts. As many FSA holders gear up for the 12/31 “use-it-or-lose-it” deadline, FSAstore.com is proud to have earned this recognition as one of the best online shops in the country.
“A world-class user experience has been our highest priority from the start at FSAstore.com,” said Jeremy Miller, CEO and founder of Health-E Commerce. “Being selected as best-in-class by Newsweek is a particular honor as it’s based on the highest positive feedback from our most important audience: our customers.”
The focus remains on customers

This deadline season -- as always -- FSAstore.com customers will enjoy worry-free shopping until midnight on 12/31. And if they have questions about products or eligibility, users have 24/7 access to live, dedicated FSA experts, via call or chat.

Extensive testing criteria
Newsweek, in conjunction with research firm Statista, ranked FSAstore.com second overall in the Drugstore Products group within the Food, Health and Personal Care category. Winners were selected based on a nationwide survey of more than 8,000 online shoppers, a detailed screening process, and extensive usability testing based on objective and subjective criteria.
Working with Statista, Newsweek then ranked the top 1,000 shops across eight industries and 39 categories. The top selections were identified after passing several basic usability tests. Alongside these tests, an online survey from a panel of more than 8,000 American online shoppers was conducted to assess the appearance of the online shops on the following criteria: 1. structure & usability 2. trust & security 3. payment 4. purchase & delivery 5. service & communication 6. technical detail.
FSAstore.com received high marks for each, resulting in the second-highest score in the category, and prominent placement among Newsweek’s “Best Online Shops 2020.”
