Patrick Horne

Pat is an Operating Partner for BPOC. Prior to joining BPOC, Pat served as the Chief Information Officer and HIPAA Security Officer at six BPOC portfolio companies and assisted with numerous technology assessments of potential acquisition companies. Pat has been an IT professional for 32 years managing US domestic and international IT operations for publicly traded and privately held companies. Throughout his career he has specialized in IT Department transformations. He has assisted dozens of companies with designing and executing their IT operational improvement plans, cloud migrations, infrastructure refreshes, regulatory compliance, business automation, and information security programs.
