Dick is the former Chairman and CEO of Valitás Health Services, Inc., the parent company of Corizon, a BPOC portfolio company. In June 2011, Valitás’ primary operating subsidiary, Correctional Medical Services (“CMS”), merged with America Service Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASGR) to form Corizon. Prior to the merger, Dick served as Chief Executive Officer of CMS with responsibility for all strategic and operational aspects of the company’s diverse line of clinical (physician and nursing) contract management services involving the delivery of correctional healthcare nationwide. Corizon serves state governments (prisons) as well as large city and county governments (urban jails).
Dick is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received an M.B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
