PerfectServe, Inc. provides physician contact and hospital communication management solutions. The Company provides these solutions to both office-based physicians through its “Practice” service offering and to hospitals through its “One 2 One” service offerings. The conventional call answering process by which patients and hospital staff reach physicians is replaced with PerfectServe’s solutions. The Company’s solutions consist of a technologically advanced platform that significantly enhances patient to physician, nurse to physician, and physician to physician communications by improving accuracy, reliability and personal physician preferences over patient/hospital communications processes. PerfectServe was sold in October 2008.
