Investment Strategy

BPOC is focused on achieving significant risk adjusted returns for its investors by making privately negotiated equity investments in middle market companies based in the U.S. and operating in the healthcare industry.

  • BPOC investments are targeted primarily towards buyout and recapitalization transactions of middle market companies with at least $5 million of EBITDA.
  • BPOC typically partners with experienced management teams and strives to create equity value in portfolio companies by substantially increasing EBITDA and cash flow.
  • Our investments generally consist of buyouts of privately held companies or divisions of larger corporations as well as recapitalizations of closely held companies.
